| Okay i know i havn't updated in a long time! But i found this great book called The Diet For Teenagers Only. It soo works. You should get it!

This is how I eat: Breakfast:toast 90 calories Lunch:yogurt 190 calories Dinner:small portion of what is made..VERY small protion
I exersze, I run for 15 minutes a day and i try to go swimming a lot.
If people start commenting and stuff like that I will start telling you how you can drop the pounds!!!
